Your next mission is to create an escape box...
Do you know what an escape box is?
An escape box is similar to a mini escape room. It is a game where you and your group work together to solve the puzzles that will allow you to open the boxes within a given time.

How can you create your escape box?
Creating an escape box is a piece of cake, you only need to follow these steps:

You will work in groups of 5 students, but the groups will be already organized for you. Remember, it is very important to organize yourselves well and work together to create good puzzles.

Select your theme and mission. It is very important to contextualize your mission. For example, it might be something like getting a key from a box to escape from prison, recovering a stolen painting or launching a martian spaceship before a solar flare hits it. Be creative!

Remember that the players will have 30 minutes to complete the different missions, so you should plan the different challenges to take this long.

You will be given some materials like 2 three-digit locks and a four-digit lock, also some paper and stickers. But you should bring the rest of the materials, like our own boxes (a minimum of 3 boxes would be great!) and everything you need to decorate them.

Your escape box must contain a minimum of three puzzles and one must be entirely in English. Think carefully of the different puzzles you create. All the details are important and you need to think about them thoroughly. Remember that every clue can be used only once, but you can also include some false clues to mislead the players!

Everyday you have to write one of your puzzles in Google Classroom so that the teachers can correct it.

Your game will be played twice by two different teams, so you need to make sure they will get enough copies of the materials they need.

Be creative and original. If your ideas are original, the puzzles are well planned, and everything is well decorated and organized, your escape box is going to be amazing!
PLAY TIME!
Once you receive your mission, the challenge begins! Try to solve puzzles, uncover clues and crack the codes to progress and open the boxes.
Remember that there may be clues that mean nothing at all, they will be there just to mislead you, so be careful!
