A lapbook is a type of single-subject book created by a student to organize and display what they are learning.
A lap book generally consists of a file folder that you open and fold so that it looks like shutters on a window. A lapbook contains a variety of “mini books”, foldables, flaps, pockets and other material that cover detailed information about a particular topic. These folded papers can contain facts, diagrams, illustrations and printables related to any topic or subject.
